Return Window
You may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for a return or refund.
Days from delivery This is the window you have to initiate a return request from the date your order arrives.

To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:
The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition
The item must be in its original packaging, including any accessories, tags, or seals
A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation number or receipt) must be provided
The return must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Opened or used beauty and personal care products, for health and hygiene reasons
Perishable goods or items with a limited shelf life
Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase
Gift cards or store credits
Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or negligence after delivery
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, follow these steps:

Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return
Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with return instructions, including the return shipping address
Return Shipping Costs
Who covers return shipping depends on the reason for the return:
Our Error
If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item sent by SHOPRIX LLC, we will cover the return shipping cost.
Your Choice
If the return is for any other reason (e.g., change of mind, ordered wrong size/color), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome within 3 business days.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error
If your refund has not appeared after the stated timeframe, we recommend checking with your bank or card provider, as processing times may vary
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures the fastest processing time for both transactions.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

A description of the issue
Clear photos of the item and its packaging
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
